ARIN is heading to Miami, Florida, for ARIN 58. Our fall Public Policy and Members Meeting takes place just after NANOG 98, on 22-23 October 2026 at the InterContinental Miami hotel and virtually via the Zoom webinar platform. What to Expect at ARIN 58
ARIN 58 Meeting Orientation and Virtual Policy Open House
Whether you’ll be attending ARIN 58 under sunny skies in Miami or joining us from home, don’t miss our virtual Meeting Orientation on Tuesday, 13 October, at 2:00 PM ET to find out how to make the most of your experience. RSVP to attend the Meeting Orientation during the registration process; if you’ve already registered for ARIN 58 and wish to attend the orientation, simply visit https://arin.swoogo.com/arin58/sign-in to modify your registration to reserve your spot.
Stay on the orientation Zoom session to join our new Virtual Policy Open House event at 3:00 PM ET. Members of the ARIN Advisory Council will be available to answer questions about upcoming policy discussions and help you craft a policy proposal.

How to Attend the Meeting
Each morning during the meeting, attendees will receive an email with information about that day’s session. If you’re a virtual attendee, that email will contain a link to access the Zoom meeting. You may also use the link that was included in your registration confirmation email to access our virtual event hub or select the Virtual Access link on the top navigation bar of the registration website.
The Zoom session will open 15 minutes before the meeting starts each day; feel free to join early to say hello to and chat with your fellow attendees. If you’re on site in Miami, just take a seat before the agenda begins at 9:00 AM ET.

All guides will also be posted on the ARIN 58 registration site during the meeting. If you’d prefer a hard copy, we recommend printing one out before coming to Miami.

Welcome Reception
Mingle with your colleagues during the ARIN 58 Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 21 October, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET.
ARIN 58 Evening Social
On Thursday, 22 October, join us at the iconic Ball & Chain venue in Little Havana. Dinner and drinks will be available, as well as transportation to and from the event. Please note attendees must wear their meeting badge for this event.
