ACSP Suggestion 2017.27: Allow Directors from Other Organizations to Serve on ARIN Board and In Executive Roles

Suggestion

Author: Anonymous
Submitted On: 20 November 2017

Description: ARIN should allow directors from ISOC, ICANN and other RIR’s to serve on the ARIN Board or in ARIN executive roles and vice versa.

Value to Community: There are quality folks that serve across the industry that can bring experience and broader perspectives to the ARIN Board and organization. Other RIR’s allow for this, whereas ARIN has a legacy restriction on this flexibility.
