ARIN is pleased to present the latest version of ARIN Online, including improvements, new features, and updates. Full release notes are included at the end of this message.
Our work on this release has been completed, and all ARIN systems are operating normally. We thank you for your patience. Release Notes
- Origin AS Retirement
- Under ARIN Policy 2021-8 adopted in 2023, ARIN committed to removing the Autonomous System Originations (Origin AS) field from the ARIN database.
- WhoWas reports will still contain historically captured Origin AS data.
- This change does not impact Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) or the Internet Routing Registry (IRR).
- You can learn more about the deprecation of Origin AS in the ARIN database in our blog post here.
- Whois Web Interface Redesign
- The user interface for whois.arin.net has been modernized.
- General functionality has not changed.
