Description: I file complaints with the spammer"s ISP. Your new format for (SEARCH WHOIS) does not reflect the ISP’s contact email address or abuse address! What is the purpose of the change, do you wish that no one complain about spam abuse? How do I get the ISP’s address!

If you query for an IP address, the results will include an hyperlink to that organization. Click on that organization, and you will see the postal address of the organization. To see phone numbers of users within that organization, click on the POC information hyperlink. The list will of POCs will be listed. To get the phone number then, click on the hyperlink listed for each POC.

This information retrieval has proven to be cumbersome. To that end, we are working on improving the web interface and will be releasing it in the first quarter of 2011.
