ACSP Suggestion 2007.14: Suggestion Response Format and Content Change

Suggestion

Author: Michael Dillon
Submitted On: 19 April 2007

Description:

When replying with the results of a suggestion, don’t just make a cryptic reference to 2007-7, a code which was not used in the subject line of either of the replies received during the submission process. Instead, state that these are the results of your suggestion below… and then include the full original text of the suggestion at the bottom of the message. Perhaps in a P.S. after the president’s signature.

In fact, whoever is reading this suggestion first might want to suggest to Member Services that this issue be fixed immediately and all suggestion results be sent with an apology for the awkwardness.
