ACSP Suggestion 2007.13: Proposed Fee Change

Suggestion

Author: Stephen Sprunk
Submitted On: 06 April 2007

Description: The current temporary IPv6 fee waiver should not be extended past 31 Dec 07 and should instead, be replaced with a permanent policy that states ARIN will only charge the fees for IPv4 or IPv6 resources, whichever is greater. This makes future fees predictable for those considering using IPv6 while eliminating the loophole where members can currently get IPv6 resources for free if they do not have any IPv4 resources.
