Internet Number Resources
ARIN is pleased to announce the release of an updated Registration Services Agreement (“RSA”) Version 14.0. This version replaces RSA Version 13.0 and is now available for use. Organizations that are signatories to earlier RSA versions and in good standing may also choose to upgrade to this version of the RSA.
RSA Version 14.0 adds language to Section 13(c) to allow a customer to terminate the RSA if there is a change to the Service Terms that the resource holder believes materially and adversely impacts their rights or use of their Internet number resources. A redline showing this change is available here.
With the release of RSA Version 14.0, ARIN reaffirms its commitment to making our services as broadly available as possible under terms that are favorable to all organizations.
