ACSP Suggestion 2021.18: Add Lock Function to Prevent Org ID from Receiving Reassignments or Reallocations

Suggestion

Submitted On: 17 September 2021

Description: Add the ability to lock an ORGID from receiving any reassignments or reallocations even if it is not a togglable option by the ORGID owner it needs to be something we can have the help desk set in the system. There is a particular type of fraud occurring where entities are misrepresenting and impersonating us. A major ISP that is not getting any more IP space needs to be able to control bad guys from setting their blocks to look like its us.

Value to Community: Decrease fraud increase whois accuracy.
