ARIN 52 Begins Today

Posted: Thursday, 19 October 2023

The ARIN 52 Public Policy and Members Meeting begins today at 9:00 AM PT! Join us over the next two days at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, California, or virtually via Zoom for policy discussions, organizational updates, and more.

It’s not too late to register to participate, or you can tune in to the live webcast of the meeting to simply watch the proceedings.

How to Attend the Meeting

Each morning during the meeting, registered participants will receive a reminder email with information about that day’s session. If you’re a virtual attendee, that email will contain the link you need to access the Zoom meeting. You may also access the webinar using the Virtual Event Hub under the Virtual Participants menu option on the ARIN 52 website.

Virtual attendees will be allowed into the Zoom 15 minutes before the meeting starts so you can say hello and chat with other attendees. If you’re on location in San Diego, just take a seat before the meeting begins.

Meeting Guides

Visit the ARIN 52 Meeting Materials page to view the presentations and policies, the Meeting Orientation handout, the ARIN 52 Policy Discussion Guide, and more. You can also find our YouTube webcast and live transcript here.

If you miss a day, catch a recap of each session on the ARIN Blog or follow @TeamARIN on X for live tweeting of the meeting (feel free to follow and use our #ARIN52 hashtag).

Keynote

Join us on Thursday morning to hear Steve Wallace, Director of Internet2 Routing Integrity, discuss the challenges of Resource Public Key Infrastructure-Route Origin Authorization (RPKI-ROA) diffusion within the research and education community in the United States.

Meet the Candidates in ARIN’s Election

Each fall, representatives from ARIN’s General Members in Good Standing elect candidates to the Board of Trustees and Advisory Council (AC). On Thursday, 19 October, we will present pre-recorded speeches from our Board and AC candidates.

For more information on the candidates running for the Board and AC this year, visit https://arin-elections.net to read their bios and to view or submit Statements of Support. If you’re a General Member, we encourage you to join our General Member mailing list to talk directly with the candidates running this year.

ARIN would like to thank: our webcast sponsor, Google; our network sponsor, AT&T; and our bronze sponsor, IPv4.Global by Hilco Streambank, for helping make ARIN 52 possible.

Please contact us at meetings@arin.net if you have any questions. We look forward to your participation!
