New Recipient Transfer Processing Fee
Posted: Friday, 04 November 2022
ARIN
ARIN seeks equitable cost recovery across the customer community for services provided, and ARIN’s existing fees for processing IPv4 NRPM 8.3 / 8.4 specified transfers does not presently fully cover the associated risk or effort associated with these transactions.
Beginning 1 January 2023, at the direction of the Board of Trustees, ARIN will implement a new transfer processing fee proportional to the size of the IPv4 aggregate block being transferred. This transfer processing fee will be paid by the recipient of the transfer. The current fee to initiate a transfer request (and which is paid by the source party) remains unchanged.
A matrix of the new fees can be found here: https://www.arin.net/resources/fees/fee_schedule/
If you have any questions about this pending change, please contact Registration Services by submitting an Ask ARIN ticket or contacting the Help Desk at 703.227.0660.
