In case you haven’t heard, ARIN is heading to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in just a couple weeks for its next ARIN on the Road, and we want to see you there!

ARIN on the Road: Pittsburgh will take place on Thursday, 2 June from 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM ET. Registration is completely free and includes lunch, and you can register now at:

http://www.arin.net/pittsburgh

At this one-day event, you will have the opportunity to learn about topics like:

  • ARIN’s Mission and Services
  • Life after IPv4 Depletion – Understanding your Options
  • DNSSEC and Resource Certification
  • Policy Development Process
  • ARIN Services & Tools
  • IPv6 Adoption – Where are we now?

In addition to providing great professional and technical education, ARIN on the Road will give you a chance to connect with colleagues and find out how you can help shape the future of the Internet by getting involved in the ARIN community.

We are also looking for organizations that would like to share their IPv6 implementation story and/or how they use ARIN’s RESTful interface as part of the agenda. Please contact info@arin.net soon if you are interested in speaking.

Lastly, don’t forget that we’re still seeking “Test Drivers” for planned changes to ARIN Online functionality! Your feedback is crucial to helping us make our applications more user–friendly, so we are tentatively planning to offer 5-10 minute sessions with our User Experience Specialist where you can test various ARIN Online changes we are planning to implement. To participate, be sure to mark on your online registration form that you are interested in participating in user testing. You can also email info@arin.net in advance to sign up or arrive early to the session. We look forward to hearing your suggestions for improving ARIN Online!

Seating at this free event is limited so you’ll want to be sure to register as soon as possible. Joining us “on the road” is a great first step to learn how you can take the wheel and steer the future of the Internet.

If you know other individuals whom you feel may benefit from attending these events, please extend this invitation to them as well. Feel free to contact us at info@arin.net if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you in Pittsburgh!
