ARIN XXII Webcast and Remote Participation
Overview
The entire ARIN XXII Public Policy Meeting and ARIN Members Meeting will be webcast. ARIN would like to thank CenterGate Research Group and Los Nettos Networks for their sponsorship of the network connectivity for the meeting, which helps make the webcast possible.
Remote participation in the ARIN XXII Public Policy and Members Meetings via e-mail is available to all members of the community who cannot attend the meeting in person.
Webcast Information
The broadcast will begin at 9:00 AM PDT (UTC/GMT -7 hours) with a special NANOG/ARIN program titled "What Would Jon have Done About the Addressing Challenges Currently Facing Us?" and then continue on at 11:00 AM with the broadcast of the first day of the Public Policy Meeting. On the subsequent days, the webcast will begin at 9:00 AM PDT. Additionally, on Tuesday, 14 October 2008, there will be a webcast of the Introduction to IRPEP and Open Policy Hour, starting at 5:30 PM PDT.
The meeting webcast will be available in a variety of formats and specific links will be posted here prior to the meeting.
Remote Participation Information
In its continuing effort to supply the community with an open forum, ARIN is offering individuals who cannot attend the meeting in person the opportunity to participate remotely. Remote participants may post questions and comments to be addressed in normal question and answer periods throughout the agenda. All times are Pacific Daylight Savings Time (PDT) (UTC/GMT -7 hours).

Register for Remote Participation
To register for remote participation, please go to the ARIN XXII Registration page and select "ARIN XXII Remote Participant" from the drop-down list, then supply your contact details on the registration form.
The method of interactively participating in the meeting will only be available to those who have not registered to attend the meeting in person, and will be open during both the Public Policy and Members Meetings. Comments received from remote participants will be moderated and presented to the meeting during normal question and answer periods. ARIN will use e-mail to provide the interactive portion of the remote participation effort. All remote participants are subject to the Remote Participation Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
