Abha Abuja passed away on Saturday, October 21. She recently submitted the following bio in her bid to run for a seat on the ARIN Advisory Council. Her contribution to the industry was great and her friendship will be sorely missed.

Abha Ahuja Arbor Networks/Merit Network

I have been involved in Internet activities for 7 years. During this time, I have been heavily involved in various ISP coordination and policy issues. I have enjoyed interactions with the community working to help improve the state of the Internet. Serving on the ARIN AC would allow me to continue this role and assist in address allocation and policies that help make the Internet run more smoothly. I have always wished to contribute to this process and feel that participating in the AC would be an excellent way to achieve this. I think that my various experiences from network engineer to IESG to researcher give me unique perspectives to qualify me for this role.
