1. Welcome & Agenda Review

The Vice-Chair, Scott Bradner, called the meeting to order at 12:36 p.m. EDT.

The Vice-Chair called for any conflicts of interest with any agenda item. John Curran noted a conflict of interest related to the legal update that Counsel will be providing under any other business.

2. Approval of the Minutes

Chair to lead. It was moved by Paul Vixie, and seconded by Paul Andersen, that:

“The ARIN Board of Trustees approves the Minutes of 24 August 2012, as revised at 11:59am EDT.”

The motion carried with one abstention (Scott Bradner).

3. Update on Revised Policy Development Process (PDP) Efforts

John Curran indicated that the Board suggested that staff develop a state diagram to support the proposed PDP changes. John noted that the state diagram process has been a very good exercise given the significant PDP changes and that he would have any final PDP adjustments made and reported to the Board before Dallas.

4. Any Other Business

Counsel provided a privileged update in executive session.

5. Adjournment

The Vice-Chair entertained a motion to adjourn at 12:54 p.m. EDT. Paul Vixie moved to adjourn, seconded by Paul Andersen. The meeting adjourned with no objections.
