The meeting began at 4:15PM, EST to discuss and possibly vote on the slate of nominees presented to the BoT by the Advisory Council to fill the open Board seat vacated by Raymundo Vega. The slate of nominees consisted of: Ken Fockler, John Klensin and Jerry Scharf.
A general discussion followed about the nominees. After a two round voting process, where the first round was used to narrow the field to two finalists, Ken Fockler was chosen as the new trustee.
Kim Hubbard will advise the Advisory Council and Ken Fockler of the decision. She will then inform the membership.
Meeting adjourned at 4:45PM.
