ARIN is pleased to announce the release of the new Bulk Whois Terms of Use (ToU). On 26 April 2012, ARIN concluded its consultation with the community with regards to the updated ToU, which aligns standard service language across all ARIN service agreements and clarifies permissible and impermissible uses of the Bulk Whois data.

The new ToU can be found, along with the Bulk Whois Request form, at:
https://www.arin.net/resources/agreements/bulkwhois.pdf

Existing Bulk Whois users will be sent the new ToU this week. The new ToU must be signed and returned to ARIN within 30 business days in order to retain access to the service. Users who do not return a signed ToU will have their Bulk Whois access disabled.

All new Bulk Whois applicants will be required to sign and comply with the new ToU before they are granted access to the service through ARIN Online.

Regards,

Leslie Nobile
Director, Registration Services
American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
