The ARIN XXVI Public Policy and Members Meeting will be October 6-8 in Atlanta, Georgia, and you don’t need to travel to take an active role! In addition to the publicly available webcast and live transcript, ARIN offers a Jabber chat for registered remote attendees to submit questions and comments and vote in straw polls. For the first time, remote participants who register before 21 September will be eligible to cast their votes to seat a regional representative on the Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC)!

To learn more about the ARIN meeting remote participation services please go to:

https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVI/remote.html

Remote participants who pre-register their Jabber Identifiers (JIDs) will have access to the restricted chat rooms from the start of the meeting. You can register a JID at any time, but new participants will only be added during scheduled breaks in the meeting. Be sure to review the agenda at:

https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVI/agenda.html

To ensure your access to these services, register now by going to “Register for ARIN XXVI” at https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVI and choose “ARIN XXVI Remote Participant” from the drop-down menu. Completing the form is required to access the meeting Jabber chat rooms.

Anyone who registers before 21 September is eligible to vote in the NRO NC election, with the exception of RIR staff. Voting will begin 29 September, and polls will remain open through 5:00 PM on 6 October. To learn more or cast your ballot, go to:

We look forward to your participation.
