The following candidates have agreed to run for the one (1) seat on the Number Resource Organization (NRO) Number Council from the ARIN region that becomes vacant with the expiration of Jason Schiller’s term on 31 December 2010.

  • Andrew Dul, Cascadeo Corporation
  • Jason Schiller, Verizon

This three-year term begins 1 January 2011. Candidates will have the opportunity to address meeting attendees during the Public Policy Meeting in Atlanta on 6 October. Candidate biographies and a form for voicing support can be found online at ARIN Election Headquarters:

Designated member representatives (DMRs) from ARIN’s General Members in good standing (https://www.arin.net/about_us/membership/member.html), NANOG Meeting attendees, and ARIN Meeting attendees will be eligible to vote online from 29 September - 6 October 2010. Voter eligibility must be established at least 14 calendar days prior to the fourth quarter ARIN Members Meeting.

NANOG or ARIN attendees that have not registered for their meeting by 21 September, 2010 will not be eligible to vote. ARIN member organizations that do not have a valid DMR on file as of 21 September 2010 will not be eligible to vote. Please email ARIN’s Communications and Member Services Department at info@arin.net to ensure you have a properly registered DMR. Contact billing@arin.net if you have any questions about your organization’s billing status.

The winner will be announced on 7 October 2010, during the ARIN XXVI Public Policy Meeting in Atlanta, GA.
