ARIN thanks the community for its input regarding updating the Bulk WHOIS AUP to include the following:

“Distribution of derivative data is only permitted with express written permission of ARIN and under the same terms as this AUP.”

Based on the feedback received, by 15 September ARIN plans to include the expanded AUP on the request form for Bulk WHOIS recipients. Those who have a current signed agreement are welcome to sign the new form to take advantage of the changes to the AUP.
