ARIN XXI will feature a native IPv6 network to allow attendees to experiment with IPv6 end sites on the Internet! Bring your laptop and your questions to the IPv6 Pre-Game Show on Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM in the Imperial Ballroom. Hear about similar IPv6 experiments and the network setup at ARIN XXI, and try connecting to a v6 only network - ARIN technical staff will be on hand to assist. Ask your questions so you can be ready for the IPv6 Main Event on Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM immediately following the Public Policy meeting.

The Main Event will feature presentations explaining the experiment, offering test scenarios, and information on setup in detail. During the course of the experiment, ARIN will offer technical support and keep of track network statistics. The event will conclude with a report of the results.

Refreshments will be served, and we will have a small thank you gift for everyone who comes to get a handle on IPv6. We’ll see you there!

Regards,

Mark Kosters
Chief Technical Officer
American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
