Ask ARIN

Suggestions

  • This form is for the suggestion portion of the ARIN Consultation and Suggestion Process (ACSP). The suggestion process provides the members of ARIN or the broader community in the ARIN region a formal means to suggest changes or additions to ARIN services and practices. Any person in the ARIN community is welcome to make a suggestion regarding an existing or potential ARIN service or practice.

Whois Inaccuracy Reporting

  • This service is to be used to notify ARIN of inaccurate Whois records, including Point of Contact records (POCs), Organization Identifiers (Org IDs)/Org Handles, Network records (NETs), and Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs) with outdated or erroneous organization or contact information.

Number Resource Fraud Reporting

  • This form is part of the Fraud Reporting Process and is to be used to notify ARIN of suspected Internet number resource fraud including the submission of falsified utilization or organization information, unauthorized changes to data in ARIN’s WHOIS, hijacking of number resources in ARIN’s database, or fraudulent transfers.

Operating Hours

The ARIN office is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, except for certain holidays. Outside operating hours, messages may be left for the ARIN Registration Services Help Desk (703.227.0660), ARIN’s Billing Help Desk (703.227.9886), or on ARIN’s main number (703.227.9840).

Email to ARIN will continue to be processed when the office is closed; however in the event of holidays or closings due to inclement weather, responses or the processing of resource requests may be delayed.
