Information
All meeting attendees are invited to join their colleagues and ARIN staff at our exciting social taking place on Wednesday, 17 October from 7 PM to 10 PM.
The evening will include:
- Buffet dinner and Open Bar
- Deejay
- Indian Dance Troupe
- Mexican Dance Troupe
- Pinon Bonfire
- Sand Volleyball Court
- Souvenir Indian Bandana
- Tethered Hot Air Balloon Ride
Bringing a Guest?
Registered attendees may bring one guest, at a cost of $50, to the ARIN Social. The fee may be paid by cash or check only and must be paid in full when checking in at the meeting registration desk.
Badges and Transportation
All attendees will need to pick up a name badge to get transportation to the social, and to enter the venue. You can pick up your badge from 5:30 PM to 5:50PM on Wednesday at the meeting registration desk. Buses will leave the hotel at 6:00 PM.
A shuttle will be available to take attendees back to the hotel periodically through the evening. Last buses leaving the venue for the hotel will depart shortly after the social ends at 10:00 PM.
About the Venue
Located on the Sandia Indian Reservation Rio Grand Bosque among the giant Cottonwood trees is a one of a kind climate controlled Banquet Barn. Enjoy a unique Southwestern setting indoors as well as the outdoor patio. Southwest entertainment will be provided throughout the evening.
