Help Us Make Better For You

Posted: Tuesday, 14 March 2017

As part of our efforts to improve the design of the ARIN website, we are seeking volunteers to participate in an online card sorting exercise to determine improvements to our content structure.  ARIN provides information and services for a variety of audiences, and we want to do everything we can to make sure the community and customers can find what they are looking for when visiting our website.

As a first step in this process we will be conducting an online card sorting exercise to see how we might better group and arrange the content on the website. Our end goal is to make our navigation easier and more intuitive for visitors to use, and to do that we need your insight.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the short survey at:

Once we confirm our participants, we will send you an email invitation containing a link to the card sorting exercise. The card sorting exercise should take no more than 30 minutes to complete, and your responses will be anonymous.  Thank you in advance for your help in our efforts to better serve you.
