At approximately 6:00 AM EST, ARIN experienced an issue with its production system resulting in many templates not being processed immediately. These messages were queued and have now all been processed. If an email template you sent has not been acknowledged and it was sent to ARIN between 6:00 and 9:00 AM EST, there is a chance that message was lost, and will need to be resent. All systems are now fully operational, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
