In opening ARIN Announce to the public, duplicate announcements concerning events and elections will no longer be sent to the PPML.

The entire Internet community is invited and encouraged to participate in the discussion of policy proposals on the Public Policy Mailing List, and to be kept aware of ARIN activities through the ARIN Announce Mailing List.
