A meeting was called at 9:15 am to select a new board member from the slate of nominees presented by the Advisory Council.It was noted that Don Telage was on travel and unavailable to attend the meeting. He will need to acknowledge the meeting later on and wave his right to notice for the meeting to be considered legitimate.The slate of nominees consisted of Doug Humphrey and Jerry Scharf. Those in attendance selected Doug Humphrey as the new BoT member. Subsequent to the call, Don Telage waved his right for notice and supported the selection.The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 am.
