2019.23: Smart Cursor in Multi-factor Authentication

Author: Brian Jones
Submitted On: 20 November 2019

Description: ARIN should consider cursor placement when authenticating multi-factor users. Put the cursor in the filed that needs to receive the data please, instead of making me click in the field while trying to read the code.

Value to Community: Makes multi-factor authentication a bit less annoying

Thank you for your suggestion, numbered 2019.23 on confirmed receipt, asking that we automatically place the cursor in the first active field for multi-factor authentication. We agree that this is a simple and beneficial improvement and will be implementing this change in an upcoming software release.

Thank you for participating in the ARIN Consultation and Suggestion Process. Your suggestion will remain open until implemented.
