On 19 February, ARIN released extended delegation statistics files in accordance with the NRO’s standardized format for each Regional Internet Registry to report the status of Internet number resources within their regions. While the standard statistics files were originally slated for deprecation on 17 April, ARIN has continued to make them available to allow for community adoption of the new extended format.

On 12 August, ARIN will cease the availability of these original statistics files (filenames containing “delegated-arin.YYYYMMDD”).

Extended statistics files (filenames containing “delegated-arin-extended-YYYYMMDD”) are available for use via HTTP or FTP at:

ARIN EXTENDED STATISTICS NOW AVAILABLE

Recently, the Number Resource Organization (NRO) has developed a standardized format for each Regional Internet Registry to report the status of Internet number resources within their regions. For more information about this standard, please visit:

ARIN has modified the format of their delegation statistics file in accordance with this standard, and this new extended statistics file is available for use via HTTP or FTP using the following URLs:

ARIN will continue to offer delegation statistics in the original format until 17 April, 2013.
