To assist in broadening participation, at every ARIN Public Policy and Members Meeting, the Meeting Fellowship Program provides financial support and mentoring to three individuals from within ARIN’s service region to attend and participate. ARIN is currently seeking General Members in Good Standing to volunteer to serve on the Selection Committee that is charged with reviewing all eligible applications and selecting the recipients of these fellowships.

To qualify for the Selection Committee, volunteers must have attended at least one ARIN Public Policy and Members Meeting in the past three years and be able to contribute approximately three hours of work selecting Fellows in early March and mid-September 2013. Members of the committee will be subscribed to an email list where information will be exchanged and discussed, and must also attend any conference calls held during the selection process. In addition to the General Members in Good Standing, the Selection Committee is composed of one representative from the Board of Trustees and one representative from the Advisory Council.

Become more involved with ARIN and volunteer for the Selection Committee by sending an email with your name, contact info, and last meeting attended to info@arin.net by 21 December 2012 with the subject line “SC Volunteer.” The ARIN Board of Trustees will appoint two representatives to the Selection Committee from the volunteer pool of General Members.
