On Thursday, 29 September 2011 ARIN will be conducting maintenance to deploy new functionality in ARIN’s Internet Routing Registry (IRR). The work will take place from 1:00 PM until approximately 4:00 PM EDT. Any mail sent to the IRR system will be queued and not immediately acknowledged. ARIN’s IRR Whois interface will continue to work without interruption.

Once the IRR system is back online, the queued mail will be processed and updates will be reflected in ARIN’s IRR Whois service.

All other publicly available services (Whois, ARIN Online, etc.) will be available during this outage.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Regards,

Mark Kosters
Chief Technology Officer
American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
