ARIN is calling for General Members in Good Standing to serve on the ARIN Meeting Fellowship Program’s selection committee. To qualify, you must have attended at least one ARIN Public Policy and Member’s Meeting in the past three years. The ARIN Board of Trustees will appoint two representatives to the Selection Committee from the volunteer pool of General Members.

Under the Fellowship Program, three individuals from within ARIN’s service region (Canada, the Caribbean and North Atlantic Islands, and the United States and outlying areas) will be selected and will receive financial support to attend the upcoming Public Policy and Members Meeting. To learn more about the Fellowship Program for ARIN XXVIII in Philadelphia go to:
https://www.arin.net/participate/meetings/fellowship.html

The selection committee consists of Board of Trustees member Bill Woodcock (Chair), Advisory Council member Stacy Hughes, and two General Members in Good Standing. The committee is charged with reviewing all eligible applications and selecting the Fellows. If the applicant pool permits, one Fellow will be selected from each sector of the ARIN region: Canada; the Caribbean and North Atlantic Islands; and the United States and Outlying Areas. ARIN may select multiple Fellows from a single sector if insufficient qualifying applications are received.

Committee members will be subscribed to an email list where information will be exchanged and discussed. They must also attend all conference calls held during the decision making process. Working with the committee, the Chair will initiate mail list discussions and schedule teleconference calls as needed. There will be approximately two weeks of application review, email exchanges, and conference calls from late August until early September to select fellows for ARIN XXVIII.
