You still have time to register to attend the ARIN XXVI Public Policy and Members Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. ARIN XXVI will be held 6-8 October, back to back with NANOG 50, 3-5 October at the Loews Atlanta Hotel. The meeting will be full of timely discussions along with all the other great benefits you have come to expect from an ARIN meeting. Check out the agenda at https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVI/agenda.html for all the details.

The Open Policy Hour (OPH) on Tuesday, 5 October from 6:00 - 7:00 PM ET, will provide background information about draft policies, and is a showcase for your policy ideas. If you have an idea that you would like to receive feedback on, this is your opportunity. Sign up by 24 September to ensure your chance to take the microphone. Send an email to info@arin.net with your name, organization, and a general description of the policy subject you wish to present. You do not need to have a formal presentation in order to participate. Signing up in advance allows us to confirm your turn to present your policy idea.

Haven’t booked a room yet? The Loews is fully booked, but ARIN has acquired an overflow block of rooms at the nearby W Atlanta Midtown, only five blocks from the Loews Atlanta Hotel, with a guest room rate for meeting attendees of $249 (USD + 15% room tax) single/double occupancy. This room block expires on 15 September, so register today!

In addition to eligible ARIN members, ARIN XXVI attendees who register by 21 September are eligible to vote in this year’s Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC) election. Online voting is available from 9:00 AM ET on 29 September to 5:00 PM ET on 6 October. For voting details, please visit https://www.arin.net/app/election/.

If you won’t be with us in Atlanta, we are offering multiple remote participation options starting with the Open Policy Hour, and throughout the Public Policy and Members Meeting. In addition to the video and audio webcast, ARIN will offer a live transcript and Jabber chat to submit questions and comments during the policy and members meeting sessions (Wednesday-Friday) and vote in straw polls. Get all the details and register as a remote participant at https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVI/remote.html.

To attend or participate remotely, register now by going to “Register for ARIN XXVI” at https://www.arin.net/app/meeting/registration/ , and choose the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
