The American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) is pleased to announce two free “ARIN on the Road” networking and education events in Phoenix and Raleigh. We will be in Phoenix on 17 August and in Raleigh on 19 August 2010.
Pre-registration is required, and is available now at:

A large part of ARIN’s job is to educate the community on issues facing the Internet, including IPv4 depletion and IPv6 adoption. These events will provide the latest IPv6 adoption and IPv4 depletion information, ARIN policy development updates, and the status of ARIN and the RIR system. We’ll answer questions on how to interact with ARIN’s online services and solicit discussion topics from you to make sure we cover what you want to know. A Registration Services Department help desk will be open to answer your specific questions related to registering Internet number resources. In addition, those who complete a brief survey about the event will be entered into a drawing for an iPod Touch.

Attend and interact with ARIN to learn how you can guide the future of the Internet! If you have any questions, please contact us at info@arin.net.
