Dont miss your opportunity to be a part of Exhibitors Hall, taking place at the first combined meeting of the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) and the North American IPv6 Task Force (NAv6TF), April 17-21, 2005, in Orlando, FL.

This is a unique chance to display your products and services to both the ARIN and NAv6TF meeting attendees. ARIN participants typically represent small, medium, and large ISPs and gather to discuss number resource policy; NAv6TF attendees are practitioners and technical advisors present to discuss IPv6 integration, deployment, and security issues. Lists of past ARIN meeting attendees and their organizations are available within the minutes of previous meetings at:

http://www.arin.net/policy/pol_min.html

For a $2,500 (USD) fee, exhibitors will receive the following benefits:

  • 3 full days of floor time in the Exhibitors Hall (April 19-21)
  • 12 X 12 display area (approximate)
  • Skirted table, two chairs, trash can
  • Power strip and connectivity
  • Prime location next to the General Session room
  • Exhibitors name listed in the meeting information handout and meeting website
  • Two complimentary meeting registrations

The Exhibitor Handbook is available on the ARIN website at: http://www.arin.net/ARIN-XV/docs/exhibitor.pdf . Hotel information and additional meeting details will be available on the website on February 14 when registration opens.

Please contact Erin Centanni, ARIN Meeting Planner, at info@arin.net to obtain a copy of the exhibitor agreement. The contract must be signed and faxed back to ARIN no later than March 25, 2005. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come basis.
