ARIN Appoints New Member to NRO NC

ARIN is pleased to announce Martin Hannigan has been appointed to the NRO NC from the ARIN region. He will serve a three-year term beginning January 1, 2006. Martin will fill the seat being vacated by Lee Howard at the end of this year. Information on the NRO NC can be found at:
