Appointment to Advisory Council

On April 7, 2003, the Board of Trustees confirmed the Advisory Council's appointment of Dale Finkelson to a seat on the Council. Dale fills the vacant seat created by Dawn Martin's recent resignation. The appointment is for the remainder of the year.
