Advisory Council Appointment

On March 18, 2003, the Board of Trustees confirmed the Advisory Council's appointment of Andrew Dul to a seat on the Council. Andrew will fill the vacant seat created by Tanya Hinman's recent resignation. The appointment is for the remainder of the year.
