ACSP Suggestion 2007.27: Provide Online Documentation for the Common Computer Layman

Allow the community at large to obtain a better understanding of the process of IP Address Allocation/Assignment by providing online documentation that is accessible and understandable to the common computer laymen. This may decrease spam, junk mail, ip address blackholing and other such tragedies amongst organizations whose sole purpose is to provide internet access rather than trouble to the Internet Community at Large. If needed I am able to translate RFC's and ARIN Regulations to "end users" or what most would term small business or even large business users...most large ISP's are unable to provide the time and/or resources for such needed data for proper IP Address Usage.

Comments will be noted as work progresses on a new website navigation scheme and rewrite of the Registration Services section.
