Fix Reallocate (IPv4 and IPv6) and Reassign (IPv6) templates to restore lost functionality when moved from ver 3 to ver 4. Specifically the ability to add Technical, Abuse and Network points of contact when reallocating resources. This feature is often used to add the Abuse Point Of Contact of the upstream on reallocated resources. |
